JAMIE, HOSPITAL MANAGER
Jamie is a native of Groveton and now resides in the lakes region. Jamie’s first experiences with veterinary medicine occurred during her high school years, with the help of Dr. Tarkleson and the Colebrook Veterinary Hospital. She looked forward to a rewarding career, combining her love for animals, medicine and her desire to help people.
Her roles at LAVES include being the hospital’s manager and working as a certified veterinary technician. Jamie has a Bachelor’s of Science from UNH and an Associates of Science in veterinary technology from SUNY Delhi. She has been with us at LAVES since our origination; being apart of bringing emergency veterinary care to the North Country has been a priority to Jamie.
Outside of the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family and her numerous hobbies. She can often be found running with one of her four dogs, Blake; in her kayak, and tending to her two bee hives.
